Building inspection and regular reporting support
We will conduct an investigation into the maintenance and preservation status of energy-saving measures for specific buildings as stipulated by the Energy Conservation Act, as a registered building survey organization (under the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).
According to the Energy Conservation Act, when constructing or making certain renovations to specific buildings of 300 m² or more, a notification regarding energy conservation measures must be submitted to the relevant administrative authority. The owners of the buildings that have submitted this notification are required to either report the status of energy conservation measures to the relevant administrative authority every three years (regular reporting) or undergo a building inspection by a registered building inspection organization. Our company, in addition to conducting building inspections as a registered building inspection organization, also provides support for the preparation of regular reports for customers who wish to continue with traditional regular reporting.
